  Light gold yellow, some light straw or grass like notes on nose - with some sour citrus. The palate is light and crisp with a fair amount of mouth watering acid. There is this what i'm calling grassy type notes that predominate along with lemon/lime. This is nice, but food or aging for a year make this more approachable as drinking solo is a little harsh.
