  Cabernet Smackdown (Steve T's, Vernon Hills IL): nose: real nice and somewhat exotic nose of green apples, tart citrus tones, pears, limes, and some bits of petrol. Really good depth, but seems to be holding back a bit right now
  
  taste: excellent feel with a nice fatness to it along with medium+ acidity and tones of green apples, pears, tropical citrus tones, and some bits of petrol
  
  overall: Seems a bit awkward right now, but has the ability to really come together with a bit more time. It has really good balance with good acidity giving it a nice spine. Not cloying from the heat and the late picking
