NY Times #1 pick for torrontes, grapefruits and roses, fruity but not sweet, nicely acidic. Floral and fruity, not really minerally. Would be good with summer fruit salad.

Given that it's so affordable, it would be churlish to complain that it's a bit bland and watery. However, there's a definable Torrontes flavor, and more than drinkable.

Well, my Canadian counterparts below sum it up well - i get exactly the same aroma's and notes on the palate also. It is overtly floral/tropical fruit all over and medium weight with a just a hint of syrupy type quality. Feminine wine if i can say that and light on the acid. Reminds me of Viogner...not sure if this is classic Torrontes or not...

On the nose, clean, pronounced, youthful smelling like melon, mango, banana and other tropical fruits. Floral, almost perfumy. Ripe peaches
Dry with medium plus acidity, medium body, medium plus alcohol, medium plus intensity on the palate with notes of tropical fruits like papaya, banana, floral and citrus with a medium plus finish.
it's a good wine, drink now, very typical of a torrentes i think. Great for the price.

Crisp mélange of lemon, cantaloupe, grapefruit, pineapple, hint of banana, rose petal & black pepper. A real fruit salad. Excellent QPR
