This was served as aperitif at a function. All over the place, not mich to like. I would stick to an Aperol spritz if you plan to drink in this category.

P30; 8/31/2023-9/3/2023 (The Anassa, Cyprus): Beach time wine and in the Cyprus heat made any attempt for a rose obsolete. As we said before this is an Emily in Paris sort of idea, served with ice , mint and berries , soft sweet , light confectionery and this is to be had only by the beach. Add the crowd , the heat and the beach and this could well be the best wine ever. Pointless to rate :)

It’s a lovely off-dry champagne with a yellow apple and grilled grapefruit intensity. It’s nicely balanced and not especially sweet. I don’t really see the point of it: classic Moet is a more interesting dry wine and if you’re going sweet and sparkling you’re far better off with a Moscato d’Asti (my guilty pleasure), but it’s perfectly drinkable.

Very pleasantly surprised by this champagne. Had low expectation given the rating on CT, but turned out real smooth and creamy with notes of vanilla and a touch of sweetness.

Exceptionally sweet, recommend drinking it with ice as advertised to cut the overly sweet/syrupy character. Still retains traditional Champagne character (minerals/chalk, ripe grape, lemon curd, oak, yeasty). It's fine but the loads of added sugar make this difficult to drink without diluting.
