  Nothing offensive yet also nothing memorable about it. Tannins are minimal and very smooth. Pairs well with cheddar and Humboldt fog.

  Better and more complete than the Saint Amour. A bit earthier and more compacted. Ends medium long and supple.

  Deep in color. Good dark cherry/ red fruit; balanced, with fine acid. This has been a dandy middle of the week wine, and we are sorry to be down to the last two.
