Weekly tasting group #057; The influence of oak. (@ WW): Dark purple red with just a slight touch of carmine in the rim. In the round bouquet mainly dark fruits, sweet spices and some chocolate. On the palate some smoke from the oak, dark forest fruits, sweet spices, a touch of sweetness and soft tannin. Good concentration, acidity and mild tannin. A very acceptable wine. Ready now and the next few years.
