  Delicious aged Chenin blanc, a notch or two fuller than Vouvray, but possibly not quite as nuanced. Clear golden yellow in the glass, with a musky-sweet nose of tropical fruits and apples. Viscous on the tongue, minerals and golden delicious apples, and just enough acidity to keep things from getting cloying. Long, balanced finish. For the three of you out there with a bottle of this, drink up - this wine is in its prime.
