Pale yellow in color. The nose consisted of lemon rind, mandarin orange, and a slight rubber or linoleum scent that was a little off putting to me. The palate was mostly citrus with a hint of honey on the back end.

Pop n pour. Pale Straw color. Medium legs but mostly a repelent sheen. Very light nose of Oak, Mineral and Stone Fruit. Tart Peach, Apple and Oak palate. Good bright balance with a long finish. Good value. 13.1% ABV.

Not quite the '08 like I ordered, but this is still a great example of dry Riesling. Aromatics intense with white peach, kaffir lime, slight mineral. The palate is quite citrusy, lemon-lime zest, wet rocks, floral too. The only thing is the acidity is a bit lower than the'08 which I really enjoyed. Just above bone dry. Anyway, this is still an intense Riesling.
