The nose was floral with figs and ripe berries. A lot of ripe red fruits on the palate..a very sweet wine...a bit too sweet. It did not have the layers and complexity yet it was pleasant to drink if you don't mind the sweetness.

Wine Tasted at Acker Auction (Bowery Hotel - New York, NY): Tasting pour, brief note. Lots of very ripe red berry on nose and palate. Tannins are better integrated than I recall from when last tasted. Fruit-driven throughout with less textural nuance than Mugnier typically delivers. I'd give this more cellar time to evolve.

Far from the previous experiences of JFM amoureueses. The aroma and taste is disappointing.

Over ripe with no acidity, dark and completely opaque, very un-burgundy like.
