Strawyellow color. Aromas of lime, butter and minerals. Not much fruit in this one. Well balanced acidity. Good length. Served with Crayfish gratinated with estragonbutter and herbs. Very good when paired with the food and totally different from the Wachau Riesling and the Albarino which we served with two other Crayfish disches the same evening.

Tasted blind. Elegant but bitter finish from too much oak. Lacking the stuffing to be anything exciting.

Nutty and spicy. Not my fave in this lineup.

Very mineral. Not much hazelnut. Reminded me a bit of a chablis. Would be interesting to follow for a few years.
