Clear, light yellow appearance with no carbonation. Intense, fruit and flowery aroma, without anything discernible. Intensely sweet flavor with a tart, long-lasting, green apple finish. Little dryness or depth to balance out the sweetness. A nice sweet wine.

Liked the apple and honeydew aromas, the fruity palate, the creamy texture, but not the lingering woody aftertaste; a fairly good sparkling wine at a rather approachable price.

Don't think I have tried this sparkler before. I bought it for Mimosa's, but ended up drinking it from flutes. This is clearly a step up from the sparklers we usually purchase for Sunday morning. The color is almost clear. The nose is a very expressive and lively green apple and pear. There is some nice structure to the mouth feel that reminds me of apple peel. The fruit is mostly orchard i.e, apple, pear, and peach, but there is some mango and pineapple in the background. Active little bubbles. Refreshing without having overpowering acidity. Maybe just a touch of sweetness, possibly from the dosage. Very nice
