If you guys love super tuscan and are looking for an ultimate experience for about 35-40 $, well, HERE it is!
This wine is absolutely STUNNING! Despite it's from 2007, it shows very mature at the moment and might be at it's absolute peak.
The bouquet, a dream! Roasted coffeebeans, roses, spice, plums, a little earth and some very low oak.
The palate - OH MY GOD! This is one of the most balanced wines I have drank, high density, awesome structure and ultra elegant acidity. This is so perfect, that I can't imagine anything being better here.
Finish shows long, spicy and with dried fruits like when you drink an good amarone!
I am glad Robert Parker didnt realise that this is near to perfection - so you can get it for 30$! GO AND BUY NOW!

Dark ruby. This has developed nicely since i tasted it, little over a year ago. PnP, the nose is full of intoxicating ripe dark and red berries, smoke, sweet pibe tobacco, cool mint, and lead pencil. The palate is razor sharp with dense but velvety dark fruit, enveloped by mint, pencil shavings, cigarbox and new shoe leather. The oak is nicely integrated, and is not really appararent and the wine retains enough aciidty to lend cleansing freshness to the high extract. The texture and mouthfeel is really excellent and while the flavors are very primary, it is lovely, balanced and very precise. It will develop and hold for atleast ten years but shows well now. Tannins are fine and sweet.

Good sturdy Italian Cab Sauvignon (90%) and Cab Franc (10%). Tanins were very robust, a ton of fruit. Nose of blackcurrent, coffee beans. Slight bitterness on the palate. Was optimal on day two. Kept a third of the bottle for day 3 and it was still very good but felt a little oxidized. Should be quite good with a few years more in the cellar.
