  • 2004 Levy & McClellan Red 96 Points

    USA, California, Napa Valley

Lovely and juicy black currant fruit but still with a dense core. The tannins are soft and developed and it seems to have matured very nicely.
There is a lot to love in this wine and it will continue to improve. A pleasure to taste such a rare bottle!

Great and fully mature. Very fresh and light black currant fruit but also has some leather and cigar box.
    Very nice aged wine!

  • 2015 Realm Cellars Moonracer 98 Points

USA, California, Napa Valley, Stags Leap District

Very rich and extremely young fruit. Even though it is very young, it is drinking very nicely.
There is lots of blueberries and black currants but still in an almost airy style.
The intensity of the wine is just amazing and keeps you going back to it. Great balance and airyness and the acidity is just amazing.
