On the nose, there is some raspberry, mushroom and forest floor. On the palate there is some mousiness and acidity. Somewhat disappointed that this didn't show more complexity. The 2020 version of this wine was aged for 16 months in French oak barrels (23% new). Intensely aromatic and flavorful, it delivers a package of blood oranges, pit fruits, lemon verbena, wet stones and honeysuckle. Medium-bodied, crisply acidic, seamlessly alcoholic (13%) and with perfectly proportioned oak, it has excellent mid-palate density and concludes with a lengthy, energetic finish. This white Burgundy has a beautiful fruit/floral/mineral balance. Well-cellared bottles should easily see their fifteenth birthday. Drink now-2035. |

This seems to be right, while Pinot Noir was one the main character in the movie. The movie was disappointing, but the wine wasn’t. Everything you expect from a good PN was there. Red fruit, a fine delicate acidity, some leather and some horse-stable aroma’s. |

This bottle, however, was a delight. Drinking perfectly. Burnt raspberry and redcurrant with long finish and some older tones coming through. The wine is starting to get that red brick hue on the margin so wonder if this is near the peak drinking. |

I munden er vinen let i teksturen med røde kirsebær og solmodne skovjordbær samt en mellemlang eftersmag. Fin rank syre og få tanniner. Dejligt glas vin, der kan nydes alene eller med mad fx grillet fisk eller lyst kød. Drink nu og +5 år. |

Flavors keep going. Seems to be more new style than traditional. We opened a bottle four years ago and is much better today. Sadly, our last bottle. Was great with caramelized onions, mushrooms with ramps. Wife related the experience to the Smokey Mountains with rolling hills of flavor. Very poetic! |
