From magnum. Red fruits, cherry, strawberry and cream with a certain chalkiness on the nose. Hear me out... It almost smelt like a mineral driven Blanc de Noirs champagne. Palate of cherry and raspberry with the creaminess enduring. A touch of dark pepper on finish.

Fort bon languedoc. On sent l’influence du sud, mais dans un ensemble tres delicat. Le vin est sur son debut de plateau, mais La derniere coupe fut la meilleure.

Dark ruby. Deep in colour. Black cherries and Cranberry. Really long. Southern warmth. Integrated Mediterranean herbs. Soft integrated tannins now. Some juiciness. It's clearly full bodied and generous, but it all sits together seemlessly. Much more settled and harmonious now than when I tried it a few years ago.

This is a posh, big wine from Languedoc. On the nose, toasted bread, campfire charcoal with hints of vanilla. On the palate, juicy black fruit, mineral, graphite, tannins, with balanced acidity in the finish. Nice complexity, classy and chewy. 91/92

There’s blue fruit on the nose, plum, licorice and mint. Airy, elegant on the palate, carries notes of blueberry fruit, flowers and pepper. Powerful without being heavy, very young with soft but marked tannins. Excellent with a cassoulet of lamb. With Susanne at La Contadine.

Superbe nez, complexe , en équilibre , attractif …
Bouche qui pourra encore se fondre mais déjà superbe, belle acidité , tanins fins et encore vigoureux mais sans dureté, belle longueur …
Revoir en 2025-2026…

Fruit rouge frais et sucrée, acidité et tannins à point, beaucoup de fruits en bouche, on reconnaît bien la Syrah dominante tout en finesse, excellent vin du Languedoc au style Rhodanien.

Robe rubis d'intensité moyenne

Nez frais sur des notes infusées de fruits rouges (qui pourrais faire penser à un Pinot Noir), cassis, myrtille, épice douce apparaissent après 20 min avec le réchauffement et aération du verre.

La bouche est bien sudiste de par son volume en alcool (néanmoins contrebalancée par une bonne fraicheur). Les tannins sont encore présents.

A l'aveugle j'étais parti sur un bon Châteauneuf du Pape d'un millésime frais. Deuxième expérience bien plus positive que la première

les tanins encore secs l'année dernière se sont enrobés, mais au détriment du croquant du fruit, qui a perdu en concentration. à tester le lendemain pour voir si on peut attendre encore plusieurs années.

Considering it is a Languedoc, this wine is very refined (the terroir of Terrasses du Larzac is big help in this ofc). The perfect balance, the freshness and the purity of the minerals were striking.

Je retrouve le coté automnal et épicé de la note de 2021. Le nez est tertiaire, léger pot-pourri et fruité évolué, passé (genre fruit a l’alcool), pointe de sous-bois et cuir fin, d’herbes séchées de la garrigue.
Le bouche est velours, peu d’énergie mais une belle acidité minérale finit la trame comme j’aime; l’élevage a été digéré, le vin s’est posé (finie l’arrogance démonstrative de la jeunesse!), il est doux, apaisé et séduisant.
Il est temps de boire ce 2010, il ne gagnera rien à rester en cave plus longtemps …
