A great, very inviting bouquet of red cherries, wild strawberries and fine spices. A pleasant smell of forest floor and slightly balsamic notes round off the variety of aromas. This mature Pinot Noir is extremely elegant on the palate. A delicate body in a velvety tannin dress. The high, perfectly integrated acidity gives it backbone. The flavour is again dominated by red berries and wild berries, overall beautifully fruity with a very slight sweetness. The finish is of medium length. Anfangs noch deutlich zu gedrungen. Vorsichtig rangetastet: keineswegs hat der amigo seinen Höhepunkt erreicht. Öffnete sich erst, als die Flasche gerade zu Ende ging. Empfehle unbedingt Stunden vorher zu dekantieren, dann besteht durchaus Potential auf 92+. |
