4/28/2024 - Raywilliams420 Likes this wine: 93 pointsThis taste ridiculously good at this moment in time. Sodt dark fruit notes on the nose. Red fruits as well but but as sweet smelling as well. Nice fruit flavors on the palate with tannins that are pretty much integrated into the wine. The tannins take over slightly but not heavily. Finish last quite long. I’m thoroughly surprise at how well this wine is. I thought it would be very primary being a well know cab from Cali an the price point. Wish I had more of these. I get more red fruits on the palate than dark fruits. I popped an poured this btw. All in all a really great wine for the price. Compared to my last bottle from a few months ago this is the opposite of what i had prior. Last time i decanted the wine this time I opened an enjoyed immediately. Maybe why I’m feeling diff about this bottle vs the last. |

4/27/2024 - Stags Likes this wine: 92 pointsFantastic Alexander valley cab with old world restrained balance of fruit and tannins. Shows some age and complexity now, integrated fruit, some of the wonderful creamy crushed black currant fruit, velvety fine but yet structured tannins underbrush, minerality with good acidity. |

2021 Jordan Vineyard & Winery Chardonnay Russian River Valleymore |
4/12/2024 - La Cave d'Argent wrote: 88 pointsSourced from multiple vineyards throughout the Russian River AVA, this Chardonnay was fermented in a combination of oak (51%) and stainless steel (49%). The entirety was subsequently aged for 5.5 months in 100% new French oak barriques, with only 14% of the final product allowed to undergo malolactic conversion. Light golden in color, it offers aromas and flavors of ripe citrus, quince, yellow peaches, tropical fruit and honey. Medium-bodied, freshly acidic and without alcoholic heat (13.7%), it stays solid on the mid-palate and concludes with a lengthy, albeit woody finish. This iteration of Jordan's Chardonnay flashes more ripe fruit and oak than other recent vintages. There will be many fans of this style, but for my palate a bit more restraint is preferred. Ordered by the bottle at a restaurant, this was immediately expressive upon opening. Enclosed with a Diam 10 cork. Drink now-2030. |

4/13/2024 - Vino Me wrote: 90 pointsOrdered a glass at a restaurant. I've had quite a few vintages of this wine (1982, 1988, 1999, 2002 and 2008) but nothing recently. I always found this to be a consistently good wine. 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec. Crimson color. Notes of pencil lead, currants and fig with some spice on the finish. Medium bodied and on the younger side so I would give this some time. 90+ points. |

4/5/2024 - 3daywinereview.com wrote: 85 pointsDay 1: Natural cork. One of those auction purchases to fill out a case. $45 with shipping and tax so not a big loss. This is way better than Caymus, Silver Oak and Austin Hope which so many beginners think are good. Lighter in style with cherry, dust, earth and mild spices. Short to medium finish. This pales in comparison to Alexander Valley Cyrus. Drink now. Rana at 96 is a joke. 85 points |

2/18/2024 - Noel's Cellar Likes this wine: 92 pointsAromas of cherries, vanilla bean, and fresh cut oak on the nose. Flavors are vibrant with bright red raspberries and undertones of blueberries, dark chocolate, and cedar. Decanting for 1 hour really brought the wine together. |
