Nevertheless, great drinking flow! - Decanted after 1.5, the Pinot sings, soft tannins with beautiful complexity, more tertiary flavours, lots of forest floor. - 90P at the beginning, then developing to 93 points Do you find this review helpful? Nice translucent colour, fruit forward on the nose brambly hints. Nice fresh mouthful with some strawberry and redcurrant, decent acidity a bit short on finish, good enough and not unduly expensive as most Swiss wines are. Do you find this review helpful? La robe est d'un jaune soutenu, assez limpide. Au nez des fleurs, des agrumes, un peu de zeste d'orange. En bouche c'est long, rond, brioché/beurré, un peu de vanille, et un côté salin en fin de bouche apporté par la petite arvine. Un très beau vin, qui s'améliorera encore avec le temps. I had it over two days. On the first day, it felt diluted and somehow muted. Much better on the second day with good length and a bit more "corps" even though it remained very delicate. A good example of an alpine bordeaux blend. That said, 55 CHF for the current vintage seems to me like a steep price given the bordeaux blends you can get for this price. I guess I will order a bottle of this and a couple of the other cuvées made of grapes more adapted to that climate (syrah, humagne, cornalin) Do you find this review helpful? Yes - No / Comment

Benefits from an hour of air to soften the moderate pungency of Cabernet Franc driven raspberries. Then very mellow, much at ease with itself. A great companion with food but also drinks well stand alone. Was probably always awe struck by MTCs reputation and expected a stern wine. This is both well structured and much fun to drink. So we tasted the wine in the midst of attempting to guess what unethical veganism might be, or to discern how any sort of veganism might be relevant, and we were collectively surprised by the fresh and incisive deliciousness of this wine -- clean, mineral, with a lovely dry cherry flavor and just the right amount of acidity.
