Good Bouquet that integrated liquorice, crush currants, tobacco & vanilla flavour. Generous, broad and chewy, this wine has good structure and firm yet silky tannins. Nice wine and I am particularly impressed by its long, chewy mocha finish.

Focus, expressive dark fruits, walnuts & mineral aroma. Firm & chewy tannins added some nice density to the concentrated red and dark fruits palate. Still tight and close, but the future is certainly bright for this wine.

Amazing. Liquorice, sweet cedar, incense, herbs & earthy notes sum up a really impressive floral nose. Somehow, the palate manage to better the aroma - Fine silky tannins and lots of concentrate raspberry, cherry, plum, crush currant fruits, which masterly blended with secondary notes like earthy mushroom, walnuts, minerality character, and lifted nicely by hidden yet strong acidity. Layered, complex, great depth & length with a long long finish. Complete, elegant, great finesse and certainly whispering its immense potential to me everytime i took a sip . The problem now is: can we resist the temptation?

Surprisingly approachable already though with some expressive alcohol. This wine is full of ripe sweet cherry and dark fruits, complemented by chocolate, leather, earthy mushroom, incense-like oaky vanilla secondary notes. Fresh, lively impression with somewhat chewy tannins and considerable acidity that breeze through the finish.

Woot, lots of barnyard from the very first sniff - Liquorice, mocha, chocolate combine for a really nice bouquet, Very broad and dense mouthfeel that consist of ripe red & dark fruits, plums and a touch of earthiness, smoke cedar and meatiness. Structured, complex, layered, good length and indeed displayed interesting finesse - a complete and well made wine.

Concentrate, focus and piercing nose. A little mute fruits and quite backward now, but still showing nice complexity with lots of secondary notes of mocha chocolate, coffee, spice, herbs character. Rounded palate with good density, depth and length too.

Barnyard, dark fruits, mineral and mocha vanilla nose. Ripe currant, plum, smoke meat flavour with firm tannins and good acidity. A good wine but a bit thin and mute in the middle of the palate, somehow lack of any impression that strike people mind.

Aroma display alcohol, sweet cherry, spice, herbs and mushroom. Jammy, juicy sweet red fruits on the palate with additional spicy, earthy notes. Transparent, soft mouthfeel and medium body, relatively shorter finish compare to other 2007 CDP as well.

Friendly and approachable now. This wine display generous yet soft,pure cherry fruits plus some sweet cedar, incense characters that well supported by earthiness notes like coffee, tea leaves, mushroom flavours. Broad, juicy and mouth watering yet a little too simple considering its a 2007 CDP - but still delicious!
