No formal notes. Got this Champagne blind and it was just very ok. Not extremely complex, but certainly very pleasant, clean and crisp with good mousse.

Beautiful bouquet with exotic yellow fruits. On the palate citrus like tangerine and yellow fruits again and a lot of minerals. Very clean and precise. A beauty.

A lot of honey and minerals. Also apple, some earthy and metal impressions. A lot of bitterness in the finish together with some apple. A bit sticky and one dimensional at the moment. Will hopefully improve over time.

Golden color. Expressive bouquet with botrytis, apricots, orange peel and some cinnamon. On the palate sweet impressions of the fruits. Good concentration and a beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity. Beautifully round and a perfect mouth feel. Great wine and ready now and the next few years!

Petrol and minerals in the bouquet as well as on the palate. On the palate also apple, mango, pineapple and peach. A beautiful combination and integration of the minerals and petrol and the fruits and still beautiful fresh acidity. Very long finish. Great!

Heavily corked.

A little sparkling and yeasty impressions in the start. A lot of juicy pears, passion fruits and pleasant citrus. Beautiful soft fruits altogether with beautiful sweetness and elegant acidity behind it.

The bouquet is not extremely expressive, but has some honey and limestone minerals. On the palate the same minerals, peach and pineapple and a little pleasant petrol. Beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity and soft bitterness in the finish.

Although this bottle is not completely fresh and has some musty/cork impressions there is still a lot to taste. A lot of honey, peach and ripe pineapple and botrytis. Concentrated and a long finish. I will not score it, but a good bottle will probably be 91 - 93+

Minerals and expressive tropical fruits in the bouquet. Beautiful minerals, soft sweetness of the ripe tropical fruits and fresh and soft citrus acidity. Very clean, focused and precise. A great wine with a long finish.

Still very youthful and primary. Candy acidity/flavors on the nose, A lot of sweetness and acidity of which the latter makes the saliva come into the mouth. No score for now, but this will probably a beautiful wine after some years.

A lot of sweetness and acidity. Pears, yellow fruits and limestone minerals. Full bodied, clean and precise. The acidity is still very dominant in the long finish in this concentrated wine. Give it a few more years of rest.

Minerals, flint stone, pear and litchi in the bouquet; beautiful! On the palate very tasteful, complex and clean. There are minerals, pears, peaches and some pineapple. Great wine. A beauty already, but no hurry at all; this can last another decade.

Very special (meant positive) and complex bouquet with yeasty impressions of bread and beer and also minerals and tropical fruits. Same on the palate. Extremely complex and in a perfect drinking stage now, even though it can probably last another decade.

Ripe forest fruits and some cheese(?) on the nose. On the palate elegant red forest fruits, a little pepper, soft bitterness and a pleasant dose of toasted oak. The wine has refinement and also a pleasant bite. Nice now, but keeping it for another 2 - 3+ years will not be a problem.

Beautiful soft forest fruits and some lavender in the bouquet. Same on the palate with also a pleasant dose of oak and quite much acidity. The finish is a bit short and drying and alcoholic, but overall this is a very tasteful wine.

Expressive bouquet with cherries, strawberries, some cassis and toasted oak. On the palate forest fruits and also toasted oak again. Pleasant acidity and bitterness and soft tannin. Probably best between now and 2 - 3 years. My first TN was made after a visit to the domain and the score maybe influenced by the ambiance. This time I scored it 88.

Mango and caramel in the bouquet. On the palate oranges, a lot of sweetness but also a very lot of acidity. Enormously concentrated. Very overwhelming.

Beautiful and clean wine with lots of minerals, sweetness and acidity. Oranges, pineapples and other tropical fruits. Great freshness also. Great wine now and for at least another decade.

Very clean bubble. A lot of crispy citrus acidity and minerals. The lemon citrus is a bit too much for my taste, but surely there are people who will love this freshness. I do not score it.

Smoky bouquet with minerals and red fruits. Same on the palate including spices. Firm amount of acidity. Everything in its place. Will probably benefit of a few more years of cellaring.

Beautiful mature bouquet with chocolate. On the palate mainly red fruits like raspberries and also cassis and paprika. A firm amount of acidity, soft tannin and some smoky oak. This bottle is completely ready now.

I am not sure about this wine. The bouquet is mature, rustic and has some barnyard smells. On the palate there is black fruit, firm somewhat green tannin and a lot of acidity and bitterness and a bit drying in the finish. This sounds like a young wine, but in fact it all seems to be quite mature and secondary. I wonder if the wine is at its peak now or will soften with more ageing.

Beautifully mature and elegant bouquet with some sweetness and raspberries. On the palate ripe fruits, well integrated acidity and some spiciness. A beautiful and mature wine at its peak now.
