Retailer tasting. Roasted red fruit and herbs, with tobacco and mineral notes. Firm tannin. Big and burly, with loads of roasted fruit and spice on the palate.

Retailer tasting. Dusty, along with cedar, white currant and cherry notes. Bright acidity and firm tannin supporting dusty earth and red berry fruit. Very nice.

Retailer tasting. Notes of red berry fruit, smoky barbeque sauce and Cookie Crisp cereal. More of the cereal qualities on the palate along with black fruit. Medium tannins. 88-89 pts.

Retailer tasting. Cassis and black fruit. Full-bodied and firm, with sweet fine-grained tannins. Loads of cassis and black fruit. Excellent. 91-92 pts.

Retailer tasting. Exactly what you expect at a big reds tasting. Mixed red and black fruit, on the ripe side, with big tannins and grip.

Retailer tasting. Starts with a bit of a smoky note, along with black fruit, pepper and brown sugar aromas. Tannic; big. Ripe strawberry, cherry pepper and black fruit. Pretty tasty stuff, and I wouldn't have expected the lighter sweet berry qualities on the palate. 92-93 pts.

Retailer tasting. Blackberry, plum and chocolate notes. Though tannic, there's a plushness to the wine. Chalky tannins, with flavors of black fruit. Good.

Retailer tasting. On touch green, though I find it enjoyable here, with cassis and black fruit underneath. More red-fruited than black in terms of the palate; medium tannins and just a hint of the green qualities in the finish. Balanced. I like this quite a bit.
