Walk around tasting. Very berry everywhere, yet still bright and crisp for neat term enjoyment. Good+ length. This is the current release, and best to enjoy over the next few years.
Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. Drappier Champagne Rosé Brut Nature Dosage Zero France, Champagne
86 points
Walk around tasting. Current release. Good wine density, just not my preferred style. too dry throughout, very drying finish.
White - Sparkling
N.V. Charles Heidsieck Champagne Brut Réserve France, Champagne
87 points
Walk around tasting. Current release. Also slightly on the bready, oxidative style with faint bitter note, but good depth.
White - Sparkling
N.V. Vilmart & Cie Champagne Premier Cru Grande Réserve France, Champagne, Champagne Premier Cru
88 points
Walk around tasting. Current release. Nothing powerful here, but layered and intriguing in its vibrant youth. Very fun.

2012 Laurent-Perrier Champagne Brut Millésimé France, Champagne

Walk around tasting. Bright orchard fruit, this has wonderful textures and a very elegant style. Good enough weight, this is a vintage Champagne probably best for youthful enjoyment, best 2022-2030.

2009 Billecart-Salmon Champagne Brut Millésimé France, Champagne

Walk around tasting. Rich start with good depth from beginning through end, but I found this slightly more "extra" brut that I'd prefer, resulting in a more dry, bitter finish that detracted from the wine's potential luxury.

N.V. Egly-Ouriet Champagne Premier Cru Les Vignes de Bisseuil France, Champagne, Champagne Premier Cru

Walk around tasting. I think this is a new cuvee, and it is a true success. Floral with lemon curd, lemon peel, lemongrass, and spearmint, there is a lot going on here with very good depth. Good already now, but better in another year or three. December 2021 disgorgement, I think 2016 vintage wine.
