A bit reserved on the nose with some white flowers. However, the palate is rich and vibrant, even a bit punchy. Layers of flavors.

Totally opposite to the 07. Oxidized noses with nuts, biscuits, and yeast. On the palate, stone fruits mix with honey in a very well-balanced way. The “biggest” one tonight.

A bit salty in the beginning. Intense and Quite compact at the moment. The only bottle that I feel isn’t quite ready yet. Still, lots of upsides of course.

The vivid nose of cinnamon, citrus, and pine nuts. Very energetic palate with honey apple. Like the 02, the minerality here is impeccable. Long and satisfying finish. Truly a modern classic.

Extremely well-balanced and elegant. The most delicate one of all 7 tonight. The Inviting acidity here is always welcoming. Airy and pure. Brilliant!

A “upgraded version” of 03. Less oxidized nose than 03, with more stone fruits. Caramel, apricot, and balanced palate. Full and round.

Very similar to 02 with a slightly heavier weight. Still very focused, the mixture of freshness and maturity is very well balanced. Fantastic.

Disg 2020. Lighter than I remember, with wild strawberry and citrus. Enjoyable but really suffered from all the Millésimé served prior to this.

Very rare and interesting sweet wine, with 15% alc. The nose is intense with peach and nuts, the palate is very similar to a plum wine with lesser sweetness and much more complexity. Very interesting one.
