Dark purple tone, first taste is still a bit tight, to be expected for this one. Drank one glass and left it corked until the next day -transformed. Like drinking a bacon wrapped filet, same meaty intensity on day 2, but with allspice, coffee, dark chocolate and dark fruit but it's very alive. Going to wait a year on my two remaining bottles.

Mild smokiness, soft tannins and rich dark fruits present, increasing towards end of bottle because we began drinking too soon. At this young age, it needs to be about 58 degrees and left to breath for at least two hours. Decanting would have helped. Regardless, an expected meatiness was present as is common in big Bedrock reds.

What's becoming a "traditional" Bedrock depth is outstanding here. Rich, deep, lush, oaky, everything I like in a big red wine.
