This is an OMG Zin. Medium Viscosity, Deep garnet. Nose:spices and dark berries, chocolate. Incredible with grilled chicken, salad if spring greens, mango and an herb melange of fresh tarragon, parsley, mint, whispers of lavender.
This Zin is amazing!

Incredible! Notes, hints of spice, (cinnamon bits of nutmeg,) oak though not very buttery, crisp with citrus tones. Amazing with spring green salad, mango, slivered onions, herb melange, topped with Shrimp Remoulade. Wowza.

Actually 2013. Dark cherries, cedar, spice. A lovely wine as a wonderfully subtle accompaniment to, yes!, Cold Cucumber Cream Soup with fresh Dill. And a bit understated accompaniment to grilled steak and roasted corn. But wait! Dark Chocolate Sea Salted Caramels!! Knock your socks off!

Deep, dark opaque. Medium bodied. Still a bit tight. More cellar time and/or decant. Hints of oak and cedar, spices. Dark fruits. Wild blueberries , cassis. Paired perfectly with our entire Thanksgiving meal: charcoal /pecan grilled turkey with cranberry sauce, oyster dressing, eggplant with shrimp, whipped sweet potatoes and Pumpkin Pie.

Great nose of dark fruit. Hints of cedar with slight minerality. Medium- near full bodied. Paired extremely well with a variety of foods: Brie, charcoal-pecan wood grilled turkey, eggplant with shrimp, oyster dressing, whipped sweet potatoes! Nice, approachable wine.
