The 2019 Day Collection is actually two separate versions. One was stainless steel fermented and the other was barrel fermented. This bottle was barrel fermented. Softer than the stainless-steel version with moderate oak and good citrus flavors

Originally drank at a wine dinner. Liked it so much that I bought several bottles when they were made available at the end of the meal. Lemon and grapefruit, full-bodied, long finish. Really good value.
