Blackberry, cherry, tobacco. Stored in cellar for several years. Decanted for 4 hours; still incredibly tight. Wine needs more time to mellow and relax; I will not be drinking the next bottle until another 2+ years have passed.

We've had several bottles of this the last few months and have been pleased with them. This bottle seemed far more tight than the others; consider decanting if drinking now.

Easy drinking table merlot - cherry and plum. Reminiscent of a good Beaujolais nouveau, with a bit more dark stone fruit and structure. An easy sipping table wine. An excellent red for hot weather.

Very inky color. Wine started with a bouquet of blueberry and chocolate, with a little white pepper. After being opened for a couple of hours, this changed to strong blueberry and cherry. Favors on the palate were consistent with the bouquet; wine was fairly tight throughout tasting. Wine tasted a bit hot, and would benefit from some more bottle aging. I would recommend decanting / using a Vinturi to allow it open up a bit.
