Tasting Notes for KendraPM

Two new grape varietals in this bottle, arbane and petite meslier. Not my fav champagne, but nice to taste all permitted grape varietals in this bottling!

Drank at NYWS paired beside a 1996 Dom. Pretty amazing to taste the evolution, but I prefer the 08. Not sure I would age it longer than 5 more years.

Amazing gift for our wedding. Enjoyed with our cake top one at our one year anniversary dinner party. This was amazing and paired fabulously with a mildly sweet butter cream and berry cake.
