Moderate-light weight plush body of red fruit, vanilla, spice. Yummy. Similar style for a Santa Barbara County pinot.

Underwhelmed by this wine. Light, tart, one-dimensional. Perhaps some bottle variation?

Some darker fruits, tea, spice. Not has plush or complex as the bottle I had in 2020. Still good.

Definitely bottle variation at this age. This bottle was showing better...similar to the 4/9/23 note: Dark golden color. Rich, complex, smooth flavors of butterscotch, honey, hint of herb, some melon. Delicious.

Notes of darker fruits, cocoa, tea, and some Dr. Pepper cola. Profile is a little different (not in a bad way) than other vintages I've enjoyed.

Brownish red color. Core of subtle cherry, hints of orange peel, surrounded by sour cherry, earth, light spice. Tannins are still present on the mid/back end. Slow-ox'd and enjoyed over 5 hours.

This is showing secondary and tertiary flavors that were not present with my previous bottle in 2014. Subtle notes of dried cherries, plum, balsamic vinegar, herb, leaves, earth. The tannins are prevalent throughout with a drying finish. Tasted over 3 hours from decanter, showing best around hour 2. I enjoyed this when it was younger. Will follow CT notes for opening my last bottle.

Drinking my bottles over the last 3 years leads me to believe that this wine is on the decline. The was the worst showing thus far. Golden color, medium weight with oxidative notes of melon (not present in previous bottles), honey, apricot. Maybe bottle variation or in a transitory phase.

My only bottle and have watched the tasting notes over the years. The wine was in a good place (for me) with notes of black fruit, chocolate, and earth. The tannins were well integrated.

Moderate weight body with flavors of honey, flowers, peach, a slight overlay of oak, and a touch of herbs and lemon on the finish. Heavier than the typical Virginia Viognier.

My last bottle. Flavors of dark fruit, black cherry, plum, blueberry, spice, cassis. The tannins are integrated with just a touch of chewiness. There's still a little sweet heat on the midpalate/finish. Tasted over 3 hours. With braised short ribs.

Similar experience to the review by Oropeza. Blueberry and black fruits, herbs, earth. The body has a little bit of weight and structure for a $12 wine. Would buy again. Also used to braise short ribs.

Drinking beautifully with room to evolve. Flavors show a mix of bright and softer red fruit, some dark fruit, brambles and a little earth. Good acid on midpalate.

This was drinking better than my last bottle 6 years ago. (not well reflected in my point rating) Open from the start. Flavors of black fruit, cherry, licorice, cedar. Lacking complexity. Mild tannins on a light, weak midpalate into the finish. No more bottles to see if this evolves any more.

Drank in honor of the Coronation of the King and Queen. The 2019 vintage was the official sparkling wine of the coronation. This was delicious with a silky rich fizzy texture with flavors of green apple, lemon lime, chalk.

This was lighter bodied than I expected (and hoping for) with dark fruits, pepper, cedar, with a touch of plum and vanilla on the back end. Tasted over 4 hours. I favored the 2014 vintage that I had 1 month ago. Will see how this wine develops in future bottles.

Time has been good to this bottle. Tasted from a decanter over 2 hours. Opened with tight, bright cherry, leather, hint of herb and then the flavors integrated into a velvety texture, even showing some notes of dusty cocoa at one point. The bright cherry became more prominent near the end of the bottle. This wine has plenty of room for development.

Update: Finished the last of the bottle 7 days later. Wine is still drinking well with smooth, mellow integrated flavors.

This recently bottle (recently purchased) has a little mold and discoloration on the top of the cork. The wine was a bit flabby, not showing any acidity with notes of peach, pear, stone fruit. No petrol yet. My first of 4 bottles. Not sure if the flavors were indicative of what showed on the cork or if the wine is in its awkward teenage years.

More cranberry notes showed initially then giving way to red and darker fruits, earth, forest floor. Some brighter acidity shines through on the backend. I have 1 bottle left of this wine, which has many years left in it.
