It needed some time to breathe and has 5 or more years it could develop. Still some primary characters of ripe plum with developing secondaries of chocolate, cigar box and earthiness. Comes across like a coonawarra cab in many ways

Showing some sign of ageing some browning, great secondary flavours and aromas. Cola, earthy, ripe dark fruits, spicy, very little tannin. I think this is starting to pass its prime and it shouldn't be left much longer, some of its fruit seems to be slipping. Cheers

Drinking perfectly in balance, lots of primary and secondary flavours. Loads of concentrated blackcurrant stewed plums and well integrated tannins, finishing long. Shows very slight bricking on the rim, I believe it's definitely got 5 plus years left to further improve

Definitely fading in colour and becoming more austere. On the nose its a little dull, though showing some dark fruits and plum. On the palate it still has nice structure, with ample fruit and tannins coming through. Drink up I think and enjoy

A great wine starting to show some age, bricking on the edge, with great stewed plum flavours accompanied by complimentary aged characters. I think it has peaked and is in a great place and couldn't get much better

Very slight bricking, with great depth of colour. A very powerful wine with 5-10 years ahead of it. Without decanting very closed and primal, with 2-3 hours decanting blackberry, mulberry, chocolate, cola, anise and cedar flavours and aromas. Wish I had more...

This was amazing but unlike its varietal. It is showing its age with bricking, it has a Bordeaux like nose with sweaty saddle, and ripe stewed fruits of plums and dark berries. The palate is quite textural with ample tannin, lots of body, flavours of the aromas and a great finish. I wouldn't leave this too much longer a year at the most.

Amazing sparkling Shiraz some of the best I've had. It still looks quite youthful, it has lovely ripe dark berry and chocolate flavours. Still time but drinking superbly

Slight petroleum and talcum powder along with citrus and tropical aromas. Showing a golden colour. Lovely citrus and passionfruit flavours with great minerality. Residual sugars becoming more prominent but balanced with the acidity. Must be consumed with food with like flavours. I drank this with chicken marinated with finger limes and chilli, and it matched perfectly.

I like this style of pinot gris, it has apricot marmalade and orange flavours and aromas, with some residual sugar and nice mouthfeel.

Aged perfectly. Lots of bricking and an aged appearance. Highly integrated tannins still in the picture. Cedar, morello cherry, dark berries, earthy with lots of fantastic secondary elements. Amazing length and depth of flavor.

I loved this wine. It's looking good with very little sign of oxidation. Aromas of passionfruit and pineapple, with a textural and herbaceous palate including flavors of the aromas.

Very subtle aromas and flavours of granny Smith apple, with some white peach in the background. Discovered it's best to drink this at room temperature to get the most out of it. When it's cold many qualities were subdued. Oak treatment is light to suit the weight of the wine.
