Nose of fresh wet forrest earth. Palate of cassis and somewhat minerality including the famous pencil scravings and cigar-box like notes. Very well integrated medium tannins and modest acidity. Long pleasant finish. Pairs well with umami and salt rich food. Overall a great Margaux though the 2015 vs 2016 is still more approachable. 91 p.

Deep purple colour. Iodine and Black berries on the nose. Clear notes of berries and espacially Cassis on the palate with hints of White pepper. Long aftertaste. High acidity - almost tinkeling, medium + tannins. Alcohol is integrated nicely. From the three vintages I have tasted, this is the Best. On Day 2 the tinkeling acidity was somehow more subtle. Clearly one of the Best Wines from Priorat I have tasted.

Aromas of fresh strawberries and wet forrest soil . Green strawberries and unripe berries on the palate. Medium acidity combined with astringent tannins. Short aftertaste and the alcohol is not that Well integrated. The Wine needs some air to open up. After a couple of hours the alcohol steps back and the Wine becomes more approachable. 86 P.

Edit: on Day 2 this was just boring. No fruit, no expression. Didn’t finish my glass. 84 P.

Final rating 85.

Awesome Carmenere. Somewhat meaty and herbal in the nose. Notes of fresh berries on the palate as Well as the signature Carmenere herbal expression. Medium acidity and low tannins. Paired with High umami and salty food to empower the tannins.

Berries and somewhat a scent of alcohol in the nose. There is clearly sweet Black fruit and a hint of Cassis on the palate. The alcohol is not Very well integrated and combined with the medium tannins it can appear sharp when just popped and poured. The Wine developed with some air and packs a bit of punch due to the High alcohol percentage (16,5%). Should be decanted before served.

The wine looks purple colored and as a surprise a little transparent. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry and blueberry. It has a cold expression on the palate with cassis and some meatiness and a fat "feel" like marrow from the Merlot grapes. Beautiful integrated acid which integrates nicely with the medium tannins. The aftertaste is long and have some floral notes in the end. I love it.
Edit: after the bottle had been opened a day the oak became somewhat clear on the palate.

The colour is deep purple and reminds me of traditionel cabs. Nose of Violets and Cassis. On the palate fresh berries, Black currant, unripe (green) strawberries without being sour. Obviously High in acid (gives somewhat a sparkly feel due to being unfiltrated), Low on tannins and have a smooth integrated level of alcohol. Personally I'm excited about this blend of Malbec, CabF and CabS.

The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like black currant (cassis), fig and violet. It tastes like black currant (cassis). The body is medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity. Alcohol is nicely integrated. As with other Mendoza Cabs these are really drinkabel and great QPR. If I remember correctly I believe it received 90 points.

Clear nose of Black currant. Cassis and fresh and somewhat acidic berries on the palate. Medium tannins. Really Well integrated alcohol. Lesser hints of oak Than other Emilianas but still present. I'm really impressed and this Wine reminds of the Qs2 by Peter Sisseck but just in a more powerful and oaked version.

The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, black currant (cassis) and prune. The body is medium. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity. Taste of Black currant, very tannic, low acidity. The alcohol could have been more well integrated for my taste.

Hints of violets and fresh berries, balanced oak, enjoyable minerality and acidity + a long finish. This Wine is delight at 16 degrees celsius and a bargain for the 12 USD (90 DKK) I paid for it.

Very easy drinking cab. Notes of violets and acidic fruit and light tannic strike in the end. Served relatively cold at 14 degrees celsius on a summer evening, this Wine proved a hit - since it is a bit lighter both in Colour and density than the (typicsl) American cabs. For the Price of approx. 10 USD it worth giving a shot.
