In nose was closed, after some time to warm up becomes more aromatic with Jasmine and Green apples, pears, grass, lime, lemon, orange blossom, ginger. At the end some minerality. Dry, acid, and medium alcohol.

Organic, biodynamic, unfiltered, vegan. Not fan of Orange wine but this was really enjoyed With charcuterie sharcitery and will be repeated.
