Great wine with cherry flowing out of the bottle. Gone in 30 mins so I'm not sure how it would develop. If it helps... while we were drinking this we ordered 3 of the 2007's that just went on sale.

Needs 90 minutes in the decanter. Smooth, fruit forward and went very well with ribs. S'mores by the fire was the perfect way to finish the bottle

Found this one in the back of the Eurocave. Nice spice at first then the fruit rolls in. Great with a little pasta. Nothing special but a nice surprise for a forgotten wine we thought might be past its prime.
