Great wine with cherry flowing out of the bottle. Gone in 30 mins so I'm not sure how it would develop. If it helps... while we were drinking this we ordered 3 of the 2007's that just went on sale.

Needs 90 minutes in the decanter. Smooth, fruit forward and went very well with ribs. S'mores by the fire was the perfect way to finish the bottle

I was very worried about this bottle when I saw the window end in 2004. It turned out perfect but i have to mention it was kept under perfect conditions. Everything a CA chard should be.

Fantastic. Decanted and drank it over a four hour window. If you have one of these wait for at least 2 hours. The last few sips were the best.
As far as taste... I agree with the vinyard: "Copper Streak is an incredibly rich wine. Berry and currant present on the palate with an underlying sweetness from earth, herb and black tea. The texture of this wine expands on the palate as the soft, yet opulent, tannins melt into a long, lingering finish."

First of the 2007s Crazy value for $13.00. Just throw it in a decanter when you get home from work and in an hour its fantastic.

Found this one in the back of the Eurocave. Nice spice at first then the fruit rolls in. Great with a little pasta. Nothing special but a nice surprise for a forgotten wine we thought might be past its prime.

We drank this in early 09 but it was still very nice. Crisp at first then a buttery finish.
