distinct flavor profile. "Bracing" as another review said, is a great description. well balanced, of a bit austere, (which was cool).

this is a full bodied wine. this had some interesting, dark, stuff going on. iron, blackberry are strong.

chocolate mint, dark cherry, and vanilla(?) on the nose, not hot at all, which is huge bonus for this robust nose. red fruit and soft tannins on the palatte, and a nice lingering finish. drinking very well right now! wish there was more on the market!

this is what i look for in a burgundy, period! great for the price, at least relative to other burgundies. if anyone reads this, and knows this wine, and knows others, from france or otherwise, please let me know!

agree with description of "burgundian style", though a bit heavier, but nowhere close to the cliche california pinot. would buy again under $14.

very rich. dark plum, dark cherry, vanilla. i was expecting more of a structured, spicy zin, but this felt like it had already mellowed, which was fine, just a bit too rich for my taste.

a nice, light Reisling. has enough Reisling characteristics to let you know who is sheriff, but it gives way to a more conventional white. heavy citrus, mild sweet overtones, and hints of that great reisling aroma, i think they call "green apple". happy for the price.

nice balance, and does indeed bring you mentally directly to Bordeaux. popped and poured, which was not the ideal way to consume. could have used a bit of air. overall a very nice product.

Plenty of oaky tannin, so probably needs some time to mellow. Not too much there that I could sense other than the oak, so not blown away by this, though it was well recommended. Will try the Hauza label and see what that's like.

This was a deligthful combination of minerality (would go great with seafood), and tropical fruit. This contrast holds the wine together well. Very decent for the price, but could probably find a $12 bottle that is just as good. But overall a very nice wine and would buy again.

very nice bouquet of dark fruit, and some perfumed floral. on the palatte, nicely balanced, but a bit high on acidity. At first this wine had zero finish, but opened up a bit after an hour with a medium finish. Decent QPR, but not "outstanding" for $14.

This is an awesome pinot (though i am new to pinots). decanted and brought close to room temp. the nose was phenomenal. very floral but not cloying, with hints of minerality. similar on the palatte, with a nice medium finish. very well balanced. have no idea if this will age well, but will give it a shot. drinking great now though!

Very approachable with no decanting. a bit hot on the nose, lots of red fruit. palate is a bit cough syrupy, but a good "pasta" wine. lots of red fruit, oak, not much else. but very enjoyable, esecially for the price. dont agree with reviews that call it "thin" and under extracted. it feels pretty darn extracted and syrupy to me.
