90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. Bottle-decant for 6 hours. Dark ruby colour. Blackberry, cassis and sweet spices on the nose. Powerful yet restrained. Supple tannins with good structure. Long finish. Will improve further.

97% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. Aged in 100% French oak barrels (35% new) for 22 months. Beautiful nose, with ripe black berries and hint of vanilla. Well-balanced with silky tannins and blackberry and cinnamon notes. Good finish.

Made from old vine Listan Blanco (or Palomino). 15% skin maceration (which probably explains the colour) and some aging under flor. Golden nectar colour. Stone fruits and apricot on the nose. Some sherry-like almond and marzipan profile. Medium+ acidity, some lemon and hint of saline minerality. Moderate finish.

Interesting wine. 100% Palomino grapes from 2 different plots. Aged 8 months in botas, and 4 months under flor. Quite a strong salty nose initially, which opened to citrus and almonds. Quite mineral with medium+ acidity and notes of nuts and salt. Overall, quite well-balanced and softened much more on 2nd day.

Drank over 2 nights. Garnet coloured. Nose was quite closed initially, but evolved with notes of dark cherries and menthol. Medium acidity, cedar with leather and hint of spices. Still youthful and fresh.

100% Ganarcha, Comes from 6 different plots in the Sierra de Gredos area. Aged slightly longer than the La Bruja. Pale red coloured. Nose of strawberries and sweet spices. Medium+ acidity, quite elegant with silky tannins. Moderate finish.

From 2 separate parcels in Cramant and Avize. Disgorged 11/22, dosage 3g/l. Pale gold colour. Slightly reticent on the nose, with stone fruits and some lemon. Very precise and fine bubbles. Fresh mineral profile with hint of saltiness. Good finish.

Bottle decant 2 hours. Dark ruby coloured. Quite a big wine, some sauvage and smoky notes initially, then black cherries/berries with time. Fleshy and muscular, medium+ acidity and hint of spice in the finish. My 2nd time trying the Les Champeaux and quite consistent notes.

From the oldest vines of the estate. Aged for 11 months in 47% new French oak. Pineapple and honeysuckle on the nose. Quite a weighty wine, feels quite round and creamy in the mouth. Ends with a dry, mineral finish.

From Aligote vines more than 40 years old. Whole bunch fermentation and 10 months of aging in stainless steel tanks. Pale gold. Lemon, honey and some herbal notes. High acidity, crisp and fresh, with some subtle bitterness.

100% Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero. 24-months in French oak and bottled-aged thereafter. 14.5% alcohol. Decanted one hour. Deep garnet colour. Pronounced nose of black berries, liquorice, spice and vanilla. Very supple and silky tannins compared to the more powerful Pesquera Millenium. Surprisingly fresh with a good finish.
