Cork was partially disintegrated. Bottle was stored at the bottom of my cellar with a bit of seasonal temperature variation. Wine is still got some tannins but is clearly past it’s prime....
Will taste it further as it has been decanted in preparation for a lamb dinner.
After eight hours in a decanter this improved quite a bit.

Tasted at the Lytton Springs location. Mouth wateringly good, No tannins discernible. Not sweet, not overly abundant fruit.
