couldn't quite get Ah-so to work, but cork fell in 1 piece, and easily strained out while decanting. Color is still fairly rich garnet, minimal bricking. Mild barnyard nose. Tasted old, but quite good, still some fruit. Held up to steaks nicely. Has more years.

Like they all said, delicious. Heavier grenache. A little hot and tarry initially, reminding me of an old Pax syrah. Needed 3-4 hrs to really open up. No sign of fading.
