I tried this many weeks ago and I cannot remember a whole lot about it. I clearly did not love it or hate it. Sorry this tasting note is meant for myself. Not really for public consumption.

Lovely wine and indicative of a great Oregon Pinot. Delivers a brambly intensity of raspberry and cherry layers, framed by a lithe structure, perfect balance, and a succulent mouthfeel. Seamless and closes with impressive length on the darjeeling tea finish.

If you are a fan of Oregonian Pinot Noir then you will like Adelsheim. I find that Adelsheim is lighter weight than other pinot's but I still think that they are very good. Hint's of Cherry on the nose.

PnP, with notes of raspberry, cherry, baking spice, and earth on the nose and palate. Acidity is dialed in, and a light tannic note on the finish adds depth. Elegant, with a satiny mouthfeel throughout.

Bright medium ruby red in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, strawberries & blueberries with overtones of spices & floral notes, earthy/dusty, minerals & a slight touch of vanilla in the background. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of red cherries, strawberries & mulberries with spices, earthiness, minerals & a touch of vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present & appears to be made for near or mid-term consumption although it will develop further with additional aging. Very good QPR.

Solid entry level Pinot Noir. Medium, bright ruby color. Nose is smoky and red fruited with a modest red floral element. Palate starts a bit bitter but resolves to some minerally red cherry, cranberry and charcoal. Moderate finish. Good QPR.

Great for an entry level bottle. Aromatic with nice brightness and lift on the palate. Mix of red and back cherry notes. Nicely concentrated ripe fruit but as mentioned, well balanced and fresh. Crunchy chalky finish.

Looking at the +/- $30 price point for Willamette Pinot Noir. So far this this is the best one. The nose is just distinct and spicy enough, decent acidity, pronounced Pinot flavors, some tannins but nicely developed. One sip leads to the next.

Very aromatic. Strong sandalwood, red cherry, red plum. Fresh and silky with a red fruit attack and peppery mid. Oak and oak tannin on the finish are a bit overbearing. Alcohol also feels high and unbalanced.

Nicely balanced with pure, tangy cranberry fruit and rose hips, a savory note of earth, and good acidity. A little short, but nice value (look for this at Costco).

Clear, medium ruby color with slow sheeting evident of some viscosity in the wine. Clean nose with medium intensity aromas, developing: raspberry, blackberry, vanilla, black cherry (40-50% new french oak). Dry with medium- acidity, medium tannins (with the feeling of very fine sand), medium+ alcohol, medium body, medium intensity flavors which mirror the nose. Medium length finish. Good blaance, length, and intensity. A good wine, drink now or hold a few more years.

Ruby color out of the bottle. Almost clear around the rim. Light cherry flavor. I found it to be a bit young or thin. Don't know if it will improve with age. Will continue to watch the notes to see.

This is just okay. Beetroot, strawberry, unripe cherry. Flat acidity, very moderate nose. Lacks the complexity or juicy feel I'd expect from the producer or vintage.

Med ruby purple Light unripe strawberry nose This almost seemed a bit too soft and low acid on first impression coming off just a bit dull. Perhaps a bit better with some aeration

Drank 80% of a bottle opening last weekend and chilled since. This was quite attractive for a “value Pinot”. It is translucent light ruby crimson but more weighty on the palate than it looks. The nose has some red florals and strawberry/raspberry, ditto the palate. Medium to medium+ Acidity makes it quite bright with a mouth watering finish. It was a nice foil to my wife’s Chicken Paprika with homemade spaetzle.

Medium ruby with clear rim. Nose had ripe cherry, cranberry and touch of spice, mushroom, and soil. Palate had med acid, med tannin, med finish. Too young to drink now in my opinion. Give it 2-3 more years and this will be a great North Willamette wine. 13.5% ABV, cork.

Cranberry, cherry, tea, and a touch of volatile acidity. Light bodied with a touch of fine grained tannins. Serviceable without capturing the best qualities or the seductive allure of great Pinot Noir. Frankly, a bit disappointing considering the quality of the vintage.

Ruby rim and dark core. Medium body. Good acidity and energy as it is very youthful. Restrained berry aromatics and palate. Still a bit tight. Bright cherry and raspberry that had zip but not great purity or intensity. Showing just a touch of sweetness. A bit of earth and oak on the finish. 13.5% ABV

4.5 yrs cellared, and this fairly inexpensive wine is drinking very well. Soft, supple, and round, plum and cherry notes. Slight tartness, very nice.
