What an incredible wine. It’s been a year since my last bottle. Had with Thanksgiving dinner. Popped the cork around 10 am, straight back into the bottle, and then back in cellar until consumed at 5:00 pm. It ran laps about the B Cellars George III consumed right after. This wine is huge fruit yet made in a refined way. Any one that looks down on Paso wines should have the privilege of drinking this wine. I’m so lucky to have been turned onto this winery from Cristal2000 a couple years back.
What an incredible bottle of wine. 3+ hour decant really opened this young wine up and was ready for showtime. I’m guessing another year or 2 may add another point but can’t imagine a bottle of syrah tasting much better. Paired with a tomahawk and mushroom risotto. Perfection. Glad to have more of these.

3/18/2023 8:46:00 PM - indeed i took everything they offered me and asked for extra and got some extra. I do that with Saxum and it pays off. i do have to get more selective as i am 75 and still going strong but only so many years to go. Cellar is full and stacking on the floor so hard to say no to great wine. i drink the average stuff alone and save the good to share with others. Truly check out Seduire. i did a tasting with the owner who came to Los Angeles and his wine is right up there with Saxum and Andremily. first vintage was 2016 only makes a Syrah, a Grehache, and for 2020 a blend. of course i like Alban (the Reva and Lorraine and some Law and Torrin too
9/9/2022 6:55:00 AM - Hey B&B.....I still can't figure many things on the app. I always try to use the laptop when I can, just so much easier to navigate around. I love Paso zins from Turley and looking forward to finding a few cabs that will float my boat. FWIW, I have the same issue with Wash St cabs, too. They just don't quite do it for me compared to Napa/ Sonoma.
7/17/2022 12:21:00 PM - Hi. Don’t know what you like but I am clearly a Paso fan and now spoiled by Saxum alban Andremily law torrin clos solene booker and a newer one seduire. My joy is sharing my best with others

Wow this bottle was singing tonight. Quick 30 minute decant. Followed over 2 hours. Everything in perfect harmony. Great QPR through distribution.
