As Valmur can be, this was a slightly blocky and one-note showing at present. The Vaudesir served next to it was by far the more complex of the two. Creme fraiche meets lemon drop is about all you get here. It’s tasty for sure, but don’t go looking for layers and interwoven flavor quilts…for now at least. The finish is smooth and slightly slower than the zingy Vaudesir. Hold for a few years minimum with the Valmur. Sealed with DIAM.
