  Pale, lemon colour, clean and clean. clasic. nose: cold with smoky minerality (basalt) - limestone, chalk. Some green apples. taste: medium (+) acidity; elegant. Apples, lemons, spring water; crystal clean. Soft peach in the long finish. Restrained with good balance.

  Piercing lemon on the nose. Quite savory on the palate. Rather more full than most Chablis I am used to.

  crisp and mineral, nice sweet citrus and crushed stone inner perfume, dry salty and stony finish
