  • Took about 2hours to open up. Lovely dark fruit with red hints and nice mineral streak on the palate. Good acidity and pretty well integrated tannins still has time to improve so no rush.

  • Beautiful deep mineral nose with fruit cocktail of dark Cherries, Berries, a little rosehip and some forest soil.
Very balanced and precise wine. The Palate with Raspberries, bright cherries and mineral, slightly tart structure with integrated acidity and a nice, long finish with Herbs and darker fruits. Very successful and balanced. Still youthful, vivid little rustic tannins. Will even get better. 91-93

  • Eye: purple
    Nose: dark fruits, forest floor
Palate: dark berries and plums, forest floor, wet stone with medium plus acidity and medium plus finish.

Overall this was great. Integrated tannins and balanced with many years ahead of it. Enjoy!

  • I don’t have detailed notes because we consumed at dinner. However, this was a absolutely fantastic wine right from the PnP first glass. Elegant, silky mouth feel albeit aromas were somewhat restrained. Balanced fruit, acidity and only wish I had several more bottles. Again, when at dinner I try not to be a wine snob and enjoy the company of my wife and friends and not be a Wine geek so I apologize for not having more to say.

  • Eye: Redish - purple
Nose: Cherry, boysenberry, wet stone and mineral
Palate: Cherry, mint spice, supple but dry extract and tannins present with Med acidity and a long finish.

Overall i thought this was a nice effort. Given the hail damage that occurred in the vineyards i wasn't sure what to expect but enjoyed this wine. It is a bit young and could use another 3 years for the tannins to soften but shouldn't need much more time than that. Enjoy!
