Last wine of the evening. This was decanted for quite a while. Also showed beautifully, with spices & floral notes (violets/roses)... Dark-berries on the palate, this was very polished/accomplished. Will definitely be better with more age in the cellar!

The one with Madame Leroy (Bar a Thym): Bouquet opens with roses, raspberries, 6 start hotel potpourri and some baking spices. Great structure with pretty red fruit with some spice and dark berries dominating the mid palate. Tannins starting to integrate but still very much present - would do well to revisit this in 5-7 years!

Pure and bright fruit aromas. Dark and red fruits on the palate. Spicy and good energy. Tannins slightly overpower at this stage, Leading to a Firm finish. Needs more time. Certainly got the raw materials.

PnP. Lovely nose with roses and hoisin. Wonderful precision with great body and a finish that lingers. Special wine with tons of upside.
