From half bottle, with 'DIAM-cork'. Pure and very clean standard Chablis showing very well right now. Lovely, slightly evolved and ready to go imo. Creamy with oyster and saline notes on the palate. No signs of pre-ox. Good qpr.

Drinking just lovely. A slightly buttery roundness with discrete yet proper acid and some saline crushed seashell /limestone hints on the finish. I'll save my last bottle for three more years in hoping it gets to that honeyed yet saline magical place. How I love 2010.

CDP Offline at Heyday (Donjon Vertical; Clos des Pape, Charvin, plus Whites) (Heyday, Mpls, MN): Light gold color. Drank 1 glass over 30 minutes. Fairly bright and fruity on the nose, grapefruit dominant. The palate is tart, grapefruit dominant, citrus, medium finish. This was very good, especially at the price point. Not quite as polished as the previous bottle.
