Had this to a wild meat platter and roasted vegetables with hazzelnut sauce. The wine is still rather closed. Anyhow I do find an integrated mix of dried fruit, roses and nyphon. Sandy tanins with acidity on the high side. Still a little young but will develop with time but may work well with a moose steak with a wine souce based on the wine. Another good choice is some cheese!
