Sort of blind, I didn't recognize the bottle and therefore no idea of the producer. I really enjoyed this, thought it was predominantly PM, I guess 100% qualifies. Has a hit of oxidation and apple flavors with baking spices.

December 2021 disgorgement. 100% Pinot Meunier. Opened this bottle yesterday, worked through a glass to get an impression. Couple things stood out. Initially, this started out with an oxidized expression and I wasn't really digging it. With some time, it seemed to fade, replaced by what was a cinnamon-tinged apple pie, to include the pastry. Revisiting the wine today to provide the rest of my impressions, there is color here, a light gold. The air and time open has moved the wine's profile more into alignment with the bottle I had a year ago. Tangy orange and lime and yet there is some of that cinnamon from yesterday, joined by the cardamom I found in last year's bottle. There is also a cantaloupe, which I cannot recall tasting before in Pinot Meunier but I can swear it's in the wine. Finishes with a creamy lime and spicy yellow apple. I sense this wine is giving a clear window into the vintage, and it's coming through the wine, amplifying the pieces, making for something richer and spicy, expressive, unique.

Medium gold with a salmon tinge. Medium+ nose of ripe Fuji apple, pear, grapefruit, nectarine, green herbs, saline, and some baking spice. Yeasty notes were there but not dominant. Medium+ acidity, creamy mousse but on the aggressive side, and a long, fruity and minerally finish. Super complex and enjoyable to drink now, with the structure to go much further. This doesn't suck!

really spicy Meunier notes. Has that nice ripe apple, but the spice is the leading flavor. It takes an hour, but the vibrancy starts to melt into the fruit, giving it a nice balance. It’s still a little tough around the edges at this youthful stage, but showing promise.
Amazing!!! I am not the best for TN on champagne but that showed very well! Brioche note, fine bubble, balanced acidity. @ 120 cad that feels like a steal.
