Still drinking and well balanced for age. Plenty of earth spice and cherry. Brightness still shines through. Strong intensity of flavor. Overwhelming earthiness with time.

Leiden December tasting 2013: Light red color. Nose clean, red fruit. Taste fully mature, red fruit, very open, soft, all tannins gone, some acidity left, all kinds of secondary tones, enjoyable. If I was asked to taste this blind I would not have made a Brunello of it.

wine-pages.com SuperBOWL 2009 (Glasgow): There are high toned, bright, red fruits on the nose. Interesting palate: very light and secondary. Very old feeling, but still with us and offering pleasure.
