A bright, stony and fresh nose with green pea, citrus pith, a little sweet tart and white flowers. Lithe and graceful on the palate with fine texture. This is like drinking fresh cold water form a stream. Very pretty, graceful, refreshing wine. Weightless effortless beauty. Lovely. 92

Disappointing. For me, this wine was too thin and acidic and didn’t compensate with any profound flavors or even the tingly minerality that I crave. I tasted little of the green pea flavor that some people prize in grüner. I tasted mostly lemon, to be honest. This wine wasn’t even great with food because it was so light in weight.

Textbook Gruner. Surprisingly, there's still a light spritz, even at five years. The palate and nose are closely aligned; pea tendrils, fresh peas and generally a whole swath of spring vegetables, lots of white pepper, kaffir lime and strong notes of white grapefruit with a slight overtone of white peach. High acidity, leading to solid mineral and saline notes towards a finish that lingers with mint and tarragon. Spring in a glass. There's a good deal of complexity and decent intensity, but there is something that leaves me yearning for that extra gear. It's a frustrating wine because I think is really close to being something really special, but then it leans back into just very good. This is a really smart kid who just didn't study for the test.

A bright mineral more than fruit driven nose with grapefruit pith, arugula, tarragon, zucchini, and subtle white florals. Fresh and light to mid weighted on the palate with depth and layers in its lighter frame. Graceful and effortless to drink, with bright acidity, a saltiness, and chiseled stony yet lithe frame. Graceful. A rock head's wine. Drinking beautifully.

Not much change from the last bottle two weeks ago. I am having a hard time keeping my hands off these. Bright, fresh, gossamer texture with hidden depth and complexiity in a light weighted, lacy, lifted beautiful bottle of gruner. Beautiful wine of acid and soil, more than fruit, yet with enough gruner fruit/vegetable, and subtle florals to create a harmonious whole. Effortless to drink and beautiful. 93
