12.5% - Clear pale lemon / clean, med intensity - meyer lemon, fresh parsley, chalky, white flowers / dry, med+ acidity, med- lean body, med- intensity, straightforward with a good balance, piquant citrus fruit with a very nice mouth coating creamy texture and a chalky finish. So far, I believe I even prefer the 2011 in comparison with the past two vintages.
Paired with a bouillabaisse (halibut cheeks, scallops, shrimps) and it's rouille with croutons.

Light gold with a greenish tinge
Light bodied, a little spritz
Lots of flint, some citrus, and a medium finish
No change day two

France 2013 - Côte d'Or; 4/24/2013-4/26/2013 (Beaune): Tasted at the Domaine. Herbaceous nose that reminded me of a sauv blanc. Similar on the palate. Not really a fan of this.
