Clear medium ruby turning maroon at the rim. Intense cherry aromas, along with some floral and mineral aromas. Some orange as well. Some currant and green aromas in the mouth. Medium acidity, soft tannins, medium body.

Week-end à Paris; 9/25/2015-9/27/2015 (Paris - France): A beautiful cherry color with purple hues . Fragrant and mineral. Easy drinking in the mouth, tamed and delicious accompanying a roast pork with garnish on the restaurant Ferme St. Simon in Paris.
De un bello color cereza con reflejos violáceos. Fragante y mineral. En boca fácil de beber, domado y delicioso acompañando un asado de cerdo con guarnición en el restaurante Ferme St. Simon en París.

Second bottle is much the same as the first. Huge pepper on the attack, simple but pleasant and slightly sweet on the back (I mean that in the slightest way, not syrupy at all). I'd drink this now, don't think it will improve past this point.

Spicy with loads of pepper. Perfect with Mexican food. First wine we've had from the Canary Islands, and we were not disappointed. Value.
